Had multiple overdraft fees even though I had money in my account. Sat down and talked with the account manager 3 times and it went in one ear and out the other with him. Looks like I'm going to have to take them to court.
Friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Watched these guys go above and beyond for their customers. Many bankers are stuffy and uptight, you won't find that here. They were even nice to me and I was there to install wifi. They didn't have to be nice to me but they were, so I bet they are even nicer to customers.
