Besides the annoying forced sales pitches the gamestop corporation force their employees to do (powerup rewards,preorder pushes) the staff at the willmar location is pretty good. Very friendly, approachable, knowledgeable, ect. They do a pretty good job overall.
Great service. Easy to find games and good prices. One thing which I guess you cant blame them for but you have to be 17 to trade in games.

Good place to find video games
So I was going to buy a game (Mortal Kombat X) for my older brother as a Christmas present. I had the money and everything. But once I get to paying he ask for my ID and says I have to be +17 to buy the game and I'm 15 with 2 jobs going to school. So what do you think do shouldn't I be allowed to buy the game if I'm old enough to work 2 jobs? I think that's ridiculous. Now what am I supposed to get my brother?
