Got my truck detailed there today and have already had a handful of comments about how I clean it!
3 out of 5yesterday! Dropped truck at 8 am. Informed them I needed it by 3. At 5:15 still not ready. Also, bought the “deluxe “ package and did not get the inside of my topper area done as they stated in phone interview and at time of drop off. One more gripe, a full hand wax was said to be applied but numerous dirt spots and grease smudges were still on the paint when I picked it up. Not a professional experience. They nocked off $20 bucks but so what, would have preferred they just do what they say! Disappointed!
I visited Willmar Auto Plaza for the first time recently and their Soft Cloth Wash bay is very nice with helpful attendants. The owner, Mark, took time to explain the VIP pass to me. I will be using it as a time saver.
