We had a wonderful experience with our ducts being cleaned. Dan (the technician) arrived on time and worked hard to get our ducts cleaned. He put everything back in its place and cleaned up every room he was in.
Fran was very professional and thorough in installing our furnace. Did it in a day and cleaned up after. Jeff was also on hand most of the time and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Will use Chappell again for any other services.
