Brought in family jewelry to have assessed what was real, what wasn't. Not appraised. Was greeted pleasantly and helped immediately. Treated respectfully. Left my grandmother's wedding ring from the 1920s there for resizing. Came back beautiful. Pleased with information I received and the ring was sized to fit perfectly and they cleaned it as well. The cost was very affordable.
