I have always hated shopping for mattresses because someone was always trying to sell me what they would make the best commission from. Not at this store. The sales manager listens to your needs and offers you what will work best for you in YOUR price range, not what will put the most money in his pocket. If your looking for good honest service this is your place!
Staff is Very knowledgeable and friendly. Zero pressure sales approach. Went in just to look and by the end of the morning we purchased a dream bed . Highly recommend if u want knowledgeable staff and easy buying experience
The works are very helpful if you have any questions, they are very friendly. I bought a new pillow from there and the employee who helped me was super nice. Highly recommend!

Originally worked with Aaron in St. Cloud, who was great, but we could not buy the same day as we had to go home and measure our room to make sure our new bed would fit. Finally got time again to go together and buy the mattress, but we live in the Willmar area, so went to the store there. We worked with Khalid, who was fantastic. Since we had already decided on what we wanted while working with Aaron, Khalid was quick and friendly in getting our order going. Both were great in helping make sure we got the right products for our needs and we're not at all pushy. We are very happy our experience at Mattress Firm, and it was very positive compared to our very negative previous experience when shopping at Slumberland. Great job! We will definitely be back in the future.
