Last time I was there they gave my pizza to someone else. What really got me was that I didn't even get a sorry or here is something for our screw up. So I had to wait again for my pizza order. It took me awhile to go again. Just went today and I wasn't greeted nor said thank you.
They're open the latest, and are never late. I've had one incident in the past year of a mix up order and they rushed my correct order to my house after a brief phone call. It's my go-to for sure.
It took almost 45mins to get a pizza that is a ten minute drive. The store could have called and said it was busy and need a little more time for delivery
Make sure you get your sauces- that you are overcharged for- before you leave. Sauce here is .75 vs .50 in Minneapolis. Also, watch for your order to come out of the oven if you are early because they won't tell you it's ready even if you've already paid, they'll just let it sit on the cooling rack. Poor service, bad attitudes.
