They have multiple copies of newer movies. Almost any movie you're liking for. INCREDIBLY knowledgeable employees. Free kids' movie rentals. Lots of member perks and giveaways. Also video game rentals. Many movues for sale. Friendly, clean atmosphere. Open early and late, 24-hour drop box. Snacks available for purchase.
This reminds me I'm now racking up quite a late fee...
Haven't rented here in years but since other video store closed this was only choice except Redbox. Selected 3 movies and on way to check out noticed sign rent 3 get 1 free so went back for another one. Only 1 cashier so had to wait for a bit (no problem) but then when checking out asked if I wanted to subscribe to their member program for $10 and would save $6 today and 1/2 off movies for the next 30 days. I asked if she had info on program and was told no and would skip it tonight - when I said that was bad customer service she apologized and said she didn't have time to explain it since there was a long line (correct there was 5 or 6 customers behind me), really? When I was told the total I asked if that included the free movie - she said no because I picked 2 different level movies so wasn't eligible for that? I pointed out that the sign right in front said rent 3 get 1. Urr - looks like Redbox or Netflix for us.
