Extremely unhelpful. They will go out of their way not to help you. Richard will take pleasure in finding arbitrary reasons not to fill your prescription. If you have any other options, you better take them.
Rude and unhelpful. My insurance changed and they got pissy and the prescription was sent a few hours before hand and was still not filled by the time I got there.
Tried transferring a prescription to the Willmar pharmacy from Marshall and Richard and his tech Lisa were extremely rude. Pissed that they had to call and get a transfer. I get that you are a business but you also need to have customer service skill which neither had. Usually Walmart is great but not this one.
I have medicare and save quite a bit from my local pharmacy. But the Pharmacist will not do what you ask if you call, and if you talk to him he says to call. So you better call and check to see if your meds are filled.
