(a) PUBLIC MLS LISTING: Major typo mistakes were made on this. For example, instead of 2038 sf, he typed 3038 sf so potential buyers would be disappointed after seeing home and might assume that I [the Seller] was being dishonest.
WARNING: Use BUYSELF REALTY instead of 123 REALTY as a Flat Fee Service! They were much better in every respect.
After all this, I knew that I could easily be losing critical, potential buyers because of this agent’s incompetency! And I realized I had no choice but to immediately get rid of this agent even if this meant losing the flat fee of $636.
(e) Then a buyer’s agent happens to reach me: “You have a really bad agent. He gave me wrong information, the wrong address and then would not return my phone calls”
Once this realtor [Chris M.] got his flat fee, he no longer appeared to be helpful and there were numerous problems:
(d) PRIVATE MLS LISTING: Another critical mistake. He put wrong phone number in listing for potential buyers to contact me directly with questions.

(b) I later discovered, after carefully examining the contract he had me sign that he must have given me the contract for the cheaper option instead of the more expensive option that I paid for since the extra services were conveniently omitted. In addition to this he had me sign a second sheet stating that Seller would pay him .5% extra at closing [$1,500] but I later noticed that, again he conveniently failed to mention the extra services this agent would provide to Seller in exchange for the extra fee. So I feared he would expect me to pay him this additional $1,500 without providing me with any service. At this point, I just did not trust this agent.
(f) Whenever I would confront agent with the above problems, instead of an apology, he would conveniently turn everything around and put blame on victim, me, claiming I gave him wrong information. [No, here is form I signed w/correct info on it and if I gave you my wrong phone number, how have you been able to call me?]
(c) PRIVATE MLS LISTING: I later discovered [after dozens of requests for showings] that he must have put wrong code for lockbox. So how were potential buyers and buyer’s agents supposed to get in to see my home??!! And they would most likely never come back.
