Expensive but good stuff love it
Absolutely horrible customer service. Attempted to purchase a handgun, the clerk new nothing, absolutely nothing. Couldn't even refer to the handgun it's proper name ( hint - it is LCP not LPC) I finally just left.
Absolute worst customer service encounter I've had in years. The cashier half way through my transaction stops to talk to a coworker about gossip that happened on someone else's shift from the day before and then finally looks back at me and said oh yeah I need your license too for this return. Another employee there had the worst case of bad body odor that literally made me gag. Very unprofessional and will never go back again.
Surprised this place is still open. Every time I stop there to look at something that was in the sale flier, I cannot find it on my own. If I can find somebody to ask, they usually just point across the store to where it "may be" and go on their way. Also, forget about learning anything from the "sales" associates, they apparently receive no training whatsoever.
This store is packed so full it makes shopping hard and the bathroom is filthy!
