Take your pet and just run it over with the lawn mower before taking it here. You'll be doing it a favor. After cat have birth to 3 kittens and then got sick and couldn't walk, so we brought her in. They did x-rays, and said nothing was wrong but she had a fever. $200 and 10 hours at home later my wife picks up the cat and starts to pull a 4th dead kitten. And there may be more kittens. They are worthless.
Our dog was cremated here per our vet. I know many people who have had pets cremated so I thought I had an idea of what to expect. The shock on my face when I picked up my dog's remains at our vet. He was in a zip-lock baggie and a small flimsy cardboard box with his name written on a piece of tape. Everyone I know got a nice box with a certificate. For the price I paid I would of expected better. When I called and questioned this I got attitude from the worker. I asked where the certificate was. Her response, what's the problem? If you're questioning whether this is your dog or not I can tell you it is. If you want a box, buy one. If this is how they treat beloved pets that people love for many years, I would never recommend them to anyone. How insensitive. I would have been more than willing to purchase an urn if that option would have been presented to me.
