I have NEVER had a good experience here. Had several warranty repairs done and not one has ever been completed with an issue.
If they didn't have my car I would have left awhile ago.
Went to trade my truck in on a used Dodge diesel at there Toyota dealership the sales rep was kinda friendly took the vehicle for a test drive we liked it went to do paperwork all he did was run some numbers comes back tells us what we can get for are truck and what the payment would be tells something about there standard apr and that if we have good credit that are payment could be lowered he never ran our credit score and he didn't seem on working with us so I will take business some place else
Price for an oil change is competitive, no complaints there.....but I've been sitting here for 2.5 hrs with no other work scheduled to be done. My appt was scheduled so, not like I'm a walk in.....I don't have the time to be a repeat customer and will look somewhere less out of town for such a routine service next time.
Roberta was one of the best!! Always attentive, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend her for a car purchase!!
Seems to have pretty good integrity on the front end in terms of new and used vehicles. However we experienced inconsistent communication about our trade in value. One sales rep offered us $1,000 more than our second sales rep, but they would not stand behind the offer. I've known of people who really enjoy working with Mills, however we will be looking elsewhere.
