I was able to schedule the oil change/tire rotation for the evening I called in to make the appt. VERY nice not having to wait! We actually walked across the street and north a ways to eat and, when we returned, it wasn't very many minutes before they told us my vehicle was done! The young woman who helped us at the desk was very nice, polite and professional. A VERY good experience!
My overall experience with Schwieters of Willmar was great! Everyone I worked with was very friendly and helpful from beginning to end! Abby was great to work with! Along with Bill and Patrick, they were able to deliver on the exact vehicle we desired and worked very hard to get it for us, in a very quick manner! Andy Martinek was awesome in working with us via email/text due to our distance away and schedules. We had everything buttoned up before taking the 6+ hour roundtrip drive - so we had peace of mind that we wouldn't be doing it for nothing.
