Didn't even ring the doorbell for a sign only delivery. We were home all day. Then they said we couldn't come pick it up they would "try again tomorrow" worst service I have ever had.

They are slow as all hell. They do not ship out or do anything with your package the day it is received. They scan it for arrival but don’t do anything with it for at least 24 hours. They repeatedly change the expected delivery date. So I honestly have no idea when my package will even get here because they can’t choose a delivery date I guess. I have never had this much trouble trying to receive a 7LB package. I would never recommend Fedex.
They let me get my package before it went out for delivery. I ordered a part for my grill. It was on back order & it arrived in Willmar but with a holiday weekend I wasn't going to get it until Tuesday. I was able to pick it up Saturday morning so we were still able to enjoy grilling during the 3 day weekend!
