I got a phone call from them and they could not have been more rude. Tried to blame me for not being home to sign for my package because I live in an apartment. Excuse me but I have a job and am not home during the day. I then gave them my permission to leave my package at the door and he said that he would see if the driver was okay with that... It is my package and if I say it can be dropped off at my front door it can. Seriously this was some of the worst costumer service I have ever received! If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!
This is the worst run UPS office I have ever dealt with. My regular driver is awesome and a great guy. Always delivers my packages to the correct address and always has a good attitude. BUT when he is on vacation and not on this route they hire the most inept and disrespectful drivers on the planet! The last driver was disrespectful and delivered the package to the wrong address while I watched him do it. When I asked him where he was delivering he was curt and abrupt with me. I told him he delivered to the wrong address and pointed out the buildings and address marker and Name clearly marked. Also on the address label on the package was our business phone number. I contacted the Willmar UPS office yesterday about this because the driver couldn't find it the first time and didn't bother to call because he didn't have our #. I will be calling the Willmar manager and also the corporate headquarters to give them my opinion of their management in this area.

I wish I would've caught her name but the lady at this store went above and beyond in helping me and my company receive a package over memorial day weekend, got in touch with drivers so they could meet me at their pickup spot in a small town named Olivia. Much appreciated, and she really didn't have to set it all up for me.
