I'm usually glad to get my hair cut here! I always recommend the place, but the person I got (DONT EVEN KNOW HER NAME!!) Was extremely poor. My hair is cut lopsided when I told her I style my hair a certain way, so there's a huge difference in lengths on one side compared to the other now. She didn't even try to strike up a conversation, she didn't ask if she was taking too much off or not (WHICH SHE DID!!) I wanted just the tips of my hair trimmed so they could grow out. She cut off an inch plus without even asking if it was okay! So the months it took to grow it out were wasted! If you ever go here, make sure to get the manager or someone way more experienced and caring!!!
I go to Cost Cutters in Brainerd and the experience and cut is always the BEST so, I figure it's safe for me to get one here in Willmar as well. Well turns out the girl who said she would do my haircut in 5 minutes decided to leave and 25 minutes later when she returns guess who is still sitting there confused?! Needless to say I walked out. It was no one elses' fault but her own. All the other ladies were busy with other clients so I understand why they were busy. I'll just stick to Cost Cutters in Brainerd where I don't get left haha

My hairstylist was awesome, very professional, I felt very comfortable there. She explained to me some new tips and tricks with my hair to help my curls. Highly recommend!!
This place is awesome. Nothing but great women work here and I always receive respect and patience. Not only that, but the price is dirt cheap for the excellent quality of haircut I receive. I enjoy coming here and visit often. Thank you :)
