I was in the salon the same day and this was in January and this never happened and i left after her and i loved my hair. I have had incredibly great hair experiences from this salon
And lastly, and this is how they lost my business for good, I called early Saturday morning to make an appointment and they told me they could get me in at 10:45. I went there and the lady said I was late and that and my appointment was at 10:15. The girl she was working with said that she heard her tell me 10:45. I'm 100% positive it was 10:45. So I walked out and they asked if I was coming back and I said never again. You lost my business.
Next had incident was a horrible haircut that I got from what I am assuming to be the manager because they were ridiculously understaffed on a saturday...

Terrible customer service. One time I called at 6:15 p.m. to set up and appointment for the next day and no one answered my 4 calls and the recording said to make sure I called during business hours...and I did.
You need to call ahead or you will not be able to get a haircut
Walked in and they got my grandmother right in. The manager Gina was the stylist for her. She was so wonderful, very kind and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend her and the place overall.
