Not sure how they got such high stars. We asked for mani and pedi. We had an appointment. I waited with my feet in the water for a 1/2 an hours. As I sat there waiting the guys actually asks me so you really want a manicure too?? I said well yes but I guess not. So he booked other people instead of us for manicures. When woman finally did come to help me I told her the water was cold and she told me to put me feet in anyways, OK. Then she complained that the toes God gave me where too small and left the polish on 1/2 my toes. I have had some bad nail salon experiences but this was by far the worse. At least the short massage I got was good. Plus they said that it would be 35 for both then didn’t get both and it was still 30, what the hell!!! I don’t think anyone there enjoys their jobs AT ALL!!! Stay clear people.
Horrible customer service which is not related to the language barrier. The massage chairs do not operate as they should; mine barely functioned. My pedicure lasted 22 mins. I literally could've saved myself $25 and washed my feet, painted my own toenails and daintily spread some lotion over my feet/legs myself. Another guest had complained that her chair wasn't working and the short response from one of the workers was 'nothing I can do about it'. We had appointments made prior to our visit and they got us in 30 mins after our appointment time. Very, very disappointing.
