Ordered our drinks...waited 35 minutes for them. Then we ordered our food and apps. Waited an additional 30 minutes for our apps plus another 40 minutes for our food. Our server was hardly checking with us which caused another server to help us willingly. 3 groups of 4 came in after us and were served and left before us. Drinks came to our table that we didn't order either. Terrible service and the managers were clueless. VERY dissatisfied that none of the employees couldn't "do nothing about it"
Carside to Go was super late. After 10 minutes of waiting I decided to go in. Food was ready to go. The food treated like it had been sitting a while and was soft. Still it was tasty.
Not the best experience I've had at any Applebee's. My in-laws ordered a pot roast commercial to find out about 20 min. later that they were out of the mashed potatoes. Ok that happens, so they ordered something different with a baked potato. Then they found out there were no baked potatoes. My wife and I had to wait 20 min. for our waters, my mother in law had to ask 3 times for her ranch dressing. Usually we had to flag a different waitress down. The changing tables in both restrooms had BM on them. The manager was helpful and took care of things for my in laws and responded well tho so we were happy with that.
Waitress and staff were friendly. Food was out to us fast. Great service!
Service was the worst. Quality of food could be beat by taco bell. Managing skills, just because you don't shave and look like you might know something doesn't mean you do. You might want to do your temp logs on all of your food and I don't mean right after you pull your boil bag out of the water. Worry about teaching your kitchen to have pride in what they serve, after what my family and I didn't get to eat tonight Cleary shows they don't care. In saying that apparently the managers don't care either. We felt like we were just a customer not a welcomed quest. Applebee's is letting everyone down with the lack of attention to the quality and presentation. They need to go back and actually care about training the right people, not just putting a body there to fill a position. They seem to have lost focus on who really signs the paycheck, the guest who keep returning not the customer who will never return again.
