Small place, but cozy. Excellent condition. Very clean. Great food, incredibly well liked by locals. Food is well worth the price, and the price is cheap to moderate.

One of the best places for food and company. Good is priced low but not because of quality, but because they rather have more satisfied customers who come back often rather than charge 10$+ for a hamburger. Amy is awesome, knows everyone by name, and truely loves her job. The other staff is also awesome and friendly. Great place. It may be busy at certain times, but just sit at the counter and talk to the staff. Busy just means it's good.
Very small diner with incredibly good breakfasts and sandwiches. You may have to wait to get a table but it is worth it. Like stepping back to the 1950s, there is a counter with stools and a row of tables that seat 2 to 4 people. You can watch the food being prepared as the grill is directly behind the counter. It is worth the watch to see the synchronized motions of the workers and the cooks complete their tasks in a minimum of space. It almost seems choreographed, but it is years of working together. Food's great and staff is friendly but usually much to busy too talk!
My co-workers and I spent a few days in Willmar, Mn and luckily came across Frieda's Cafe. After our first stop there, we made sure to go back the next day before we left for Minneapolis. Frieda's not only has delicious homemade meals at extremely affordable prices, but possibly the best service ever! Amy served our group both days and was not only personable, but awesome!! Thank you all and if any of us are ever in the area again, know we will be back. :)
