Was planning on going through the drive-thru to grab something quick for my kids and I. We had two cars in front of us and it seemed to take a long time for each car to order, no big deal, maybe they were ordering a lot of food. We got our turn to order and were told they would be right with us. We waited at the speaker for 10 minutes before we decided to just leave. There were 5 cars behind us waiting. No one ever came back to the speaker. As we were driving away, the dining room was empty. Not sure what was going on, but the staff should be a little more aware of how long someone is waiting. I understand things get busy, but don't forget you are in the customer service industry.
It's an Arby's.. Not sure why Google is so adamant on having me leave a review here. There is nothing special about this place though. Sometimes the wait can be long but the food is never bad.
Great food and amazing a little bit expensive
This place has really gone down hill. Never busy mostly a place for seniors having lunch or coffee. Dining room dirty and falling apart.
They're always a solid choice in willmar. Fast service, friendly. Had to wait a long time once and the manager gave me a free meal coupon. No complaints
