Evey time I go I am rushed to have my order taken in the drive thru and when i go insode there is no one to take my order then it takes a long time to get my food and it's usually made wrong. I never have good service or experience when i go.
stopped in after driving six hours and orderd three meals and not one of my burritos had meat i did call and tell day staff they did fix it so remember to always give feed back you cant fix a problem if it is not known or aware of thank you staff!!
What ever happened to this place? I remember the food was great. Know it's just simply not worth it.
Ridiculous service. Went in with a coworker. Both obviously placed orders. My coworker receives their food. Me... Waiting. 4 or 5 people come and go with their order... After literally waiting 15 min. I finally go ask. What's going on? Oops. We somehow lost your order. Really??? Another 5 min and finally I get my order. And 2 coupons for a taco. Yay (eyeroll) If I had time to wait that long, I would have went and got real tacos. This place is porely ran.
Orders are constantly wrong. Night crew does weird voices over the drive through speaker and constantly laughs at each other while trying to take orders. Managers refuse to accept coupons sent out by corporate.
